Moving Forward into 2021

So 2020 felt like we experienced the Plagues of Egypt.  Okay, maybe that's an extreme comparison, but maybe we lived though a selected few of them!

With a new year and new term, I'm looking forward to pushing onward with a positive attitude.  Module one opened my eyes to how much I have achieved so far in my career.  Maybe I needed this time to truly appreciate my capabilities and reflect on how lucky I am.

I'm looking forward to starting back and meeting and reconnecting with everyone.  To all the new students; DON'T PANIC!  It can be overwhelming to start an MA and even a blog, but we are a community and we are here to develop and enrich each other's learning and reflecting practices.  Someone recently said to me, "you're not worried, you're becoming focused" and that "it's never a problem, it's a challenge".

A top tip: Last module, I had problems, no, not problems, challenges with formatting my documents because I was using 'Pages'.  The solution, as students with Middlesex Uni, we can download Microsoft Office... FOR FREE!  Game changer.  This made formatting word documents so much easier.  I took full advantage of this!

Does anyone else have some tips or advice for us all moving forward?  I'll also accept tips for pirrouettes!
